    I grew up in the countryside of Northern Russia.

    My first Russian banya experience was at just 1 year old when my father brought me to the banya he built with his own hands. Since then, bathing in banya has been a part of my weekly routine.

    With years passing by, I have realized how banya rituals serve as pathway to inner self and spiritual growth. Through the program we have created, we would like to demonstrate how banya can serve as additional tool on a journey of transformation.

    I spent my childhood in the countryside of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where we had banya primarily used for bathing. I got used to hot baths and temperature-contrast routines early on.

    Recently, I've rediscovered banya as a powerful tool that helps to release both physical and emotional blocks which are stored in our bodies. The results amazed me, and now I'm passionate about sharing banya rituals through the program we have created for those who are looking for a change.

We’re here for those who are looking for a deeper connection with their health, well-being and spirit, guiding them on a path to discovering their inner self through banya traditions.

Initiation - “First Steam”

Begin with a magical introduction to the sacred steam realm, guided by mystical Tibetan sounds.

Let your mind and spirit dance in perfect harmony, as you step into a world of serene meditation.

Deep Immersion

Enjoy 3 rounds of individual steam therapy with “veniks” handmade by the banya master. The venik in banya, also known as a bath broom, is a key tool to deliver the experience.

  • Relax with soothing steam as the warmth slowly gets stronger, enriched with essential oils and vitamins. It’s perfect for cold relief, skin healing, and relaxation.

  • Feel revitalised as the heat gently intensifies based on your comfort and readiness, and then experience the banya cold plunge, where you immerse yourself in ice-cold water in a “kupele”, typically a plunge pool or wooden bathtub. This detoxifies your body and boosts your immune system. Don’t worry, detoxing using banya is safe and natural.

Culmination

Experience unity and shared harmony in our group steaming ritual, where you are invited to participate in chanting. Release tension through the soothing sounds of throat singing and the resonating tones of a Tibetan bowl simultaneously.

  • You'll have two things to cover: the venue costs and our services.

    • Renting the venue for a 3-hour private session varies depending on the location we are at. We handpick the venue, so it is optimal and value for money. Typically banya rentals includes various amenities such as a towels and hats. Food and drinks are not included.

    • Our services for 3-hours program for 2 people starts at USD 200. It includes our own handmade veniks and essential oils.

    • If you'd like extra services like a massage or scrub, let us know. We're here to personalise your experience and make it special for you!

  • Swimwear:

    • Ladies, opt for two-piece swimsuits to allow most of your skin to be exposed to the steam.

    • Gentlemen, shorter swimming shorts are better. You can also use the towels to cover yourself.

    Footwear:

    • We recommend flip-flops or slippers for hygiene, especially since the area might be wet.

    Hydration:

    • Stay refreshed by bringing a water bottle to sip before, during, and after your Banya session.

    Optional:

    • Towels are usually provided, but you can bring your own.

    • Bring your toiletries for post-banya showers.

    • Hair-dryer

    This way, it's easier to understand what to pack for your banya experience.

  • Dos

    • Inform Us: Please let us know of any health conditions or special requests so we can ensure your comfort.

    • Stay Hydrated: Enjoy our soothing ginger tea provided at the venue, maintain hydration throughout your session and listen to your body.

    • Eat Light: It's best to have a light meal or snack before your visit. Heavy meals may cause discomfort during the steam and heat.

    Don'ts

    • Avoid Alcohol and Drugs: Refrain from consuming alcohol or drugs before entering the Banya, as they can impair judgment and affect your ability to tolerate the heat.

    • Don't Overeat: Avoid heavy or large meals, as they can lead to discomfort during your Banya session.
